  • Represented a former trustee before the Supreme Court of Guam in a breach of fiduciary duty action. Obtained an affirmance of dismissal of the claim.
  • Represented a partner of a partnership sued in breach of contract action. Plaintiff sought to obtain specific performance of the sale of an office building held by the partnership. Obtained a dismissal of the action for the client.
  • Represented several government attorneys in an action brought by former receiver complaining the attorneys had a conflict of interest in violation of his due process rights. Obtained a reversal of the U.S. District Court’s order from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in favor of the clients.
  • Represented a police officer accused of using unnecessary force in the shooting of a civilian. Obtained a summary judgment in client’s favor and then successfully protected that judgment before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
  • Represented a government agency accused of leasing public land at too low a price. Obtained a dismissal of the suit in favor of the agency client.
